Refund policy
Due to the nature of our hair care products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items.
However, if your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we are here to help. Please follow these steps:

Record your unboxing – Start recording before opening the package and clearly show the damage to the product and packaging.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery – Send your order number, photos of the damage, and the unboxing video as proof.
Once we receive your evidence, we will investigate the issue with the courier. If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping, we will replace the damaged product(s) at no additional cost.
Replacement items will be dispatched within 7 business days after approval of your claim.
